An Attempted Comeback!

                                     10 years after I first started blogging!

Finished college.... started working...got married... mother to 2 adorable daughters..

So many years have elapsed ... The fire is still inside  though on the back burner! Writing is something that keeps me alive and positive.

Hope to see myself on this forum soooon. I miss reading my words!

Stunt Gurl ! My brother, fondly called ‘ Baiyya ’ and who is elder to me by 8 years, is and has been my pillar of strength and support. Our childhood days were full of pranks, mischief and fights. (Obviously sourced from one side and directed at me!!) He had to be responsible for me, having to be my nanny many-a-times! Countryside vs. Wasteland

God's Own Country (Posted on my FB profile a few years back) I am in God's own country , Kerala and I am a visiting Keralite being born and brought up outside it. The wide expanse of greenery, the slushy ponds, rain cast clouds and the view from various houses have always been a few of my favourite images associated with this land. Also , I have always been very impressed with the common keralites sense of waste management.. turning kitchen waste into manure, burying bio degradable waste & burning dry waste into 'adippu' (tradit ional fire burner) and use it as fuel . Compost is a household word here. The wow factor ends here. Now to think of it, maybe the common keralite never had the choice to deal with waste in any other way. THERE IS NO SYSTEM OF PUBLIC WASTE DISPOSAL !! (maybe except in a few cities).
